Yoga, pilates… "aerial" fitness? Inner Fire Fitness to open at 4th and Plum – WKRC TV Cincinnati

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – There’s now a new type of fitness that will soon be in Cincinnati.
It's called “Inner Fire Fitness.”
It will allow you to work out on silk hammocks, which allow you to build up to do “aerial fitness.”
It’s a holistic approach to fitness, that will be located at 4th and Plum Streets downtown.
Inner Fire Fitness is a growing trend that lets you use hammocks as one part of the workout.
They also will offer other strength training and flexibility workouts such as yoga, and pilates.
They call it “Flot (said like “float”) Fitness.”
You work with classes and one on one training to improve strength and movement.
They will be open seven days a week, starting June 20th and you can find a link to sign up here.
